You are entitled to a concessionary ticket on production of disability ID, and one accompanying person will be admitted free of charge.
You are welcome to book an online ticket ahead of your visit. You don’t need to. There will be plenty of tickets at the counter when you arrive.
Free tickets can be claimed at the counter. They can’t be booked online.

Reduced admission for holders of a ticket from the Jüdisches Museum Berlin valid for the same day or previous two days. This offer also applies in reverse.
